Comme je le disais sur l'ancien forum, selon l'agent de Dan, nous ne le reverrons pas en 2010 sur les terrains du à son problème au dos. Il a été voir un spécialiste à Londres, qui l'a mis en arrêt pendant 8 semaines dont 5 semaines bloqués, et 3 autres pour sa rééducation à l'entrainement. En gros nous ne sommes vraiment pas prêt de le revoir.

De plus selon Rawk, Rafa Benitez penserait à le faire venir au plus tard cet été à l'Inter... Affaire à suivre.

Exactement d'accord, quand je pense qu'il préfére le faire jouer côté gauche alors que le joueur lui demande clairement au centre là où il se sent mieux, c'est ahurissant d'autant plus qu'il ne manque pas de joueur à ce poste (Wilson jamais utilisé, Aurelio). Si vraiment il peut partir à l'Inter avec un Benitez qui le connait complétement alors dans ce cas, ça ne pourra être qu'un plus pour le joueur, bien que son départ de Liverpool m'atristera profondément...

Cela dit, nous n'en sommes pas encore là, mais Roy a l'air de plus compter sur Skrtel au centre que Dan, c'est son choix après tout. Dans quelques mois on sera à la recherche d'un attaquant, d'un milieu, d'un MD, d'un bon ailier, et d'un défenseur supplémentaire comme on en aura perdu un, et que Roy aura ouvert les yeux trop tardivement sur Martin...

J' adore Agger, comme j' adore Skrtel, c est que ce dernier n est peut etre pas le meilleur, mais faut pas non plus dire qu il est mauvais. J'espère revoir Dan au plus vite et toujours sous le maillot des Reds (sinon j aurais acheté son maillot pour rien)

Hodgson on Agger rumours

Roy Hodgson has dismissed rumours linking Daniel Agger with a January transfer away from Anfield.

The centre-back has been the subject of press speculation recently, but the boss insists he's going nowhere.

Hodgson said: "Daniel Agger has not been 'offered' to anybody. Daniel Agger is a Liverpool player and there's a good chance he'll be in the Liverpool team on Saturday (against Bolton).

"So if ever you hear Daniel Agger is being 'offered', it's not by Liverpool Football Club - it's by unscrupulous people who are second guessing and looking at players who have not been in the team in the last couple of weeks and suggesting they might be available.

"But anytime you read that, it is untrue."

Daniel Agger has added to Roy Hodgson's complications at Liverpool by revealing he will look to leave the club if he cannot regain a regular first-team place.

The Denmark international returned to the side on New Year's Day following a three-month absence with a calf injury but, having been overlooked by Hodgson for his favoured centre-half role earlier in the season, he fears for his prospects under Liverpool's beleaguered manager. Agger has endured an injury-plagued five years at Anfield but remains a key defender in a squad that will be without Jamie Carragher for at least another month as he recovers from a dislocated shoulder.

Speaking to the Danish newspaper Jyllands Posten today, the 26-year-old said: "I still have three years left on my contract with Liverpool but it's not me who decides if I'm playing. If I'm not playing and I'm not injured I have no reason to be here. I now have a certain age and I feel I have the level to play at this club. So if I'm not going to play and I'm on the bench for a while, obviously I'm not interested in being here. Then I must see what options I have."

Agger was responding to reports that he had been offered for sale to Wolfsburg and Juventus recently, claims that Hodgson has rejected. The Liverpool defender said: "I have the attitude that if anyone wants to get rid of me and they are doing something on my behalf, I really expect that you'd walk up to me and say it to my face. If not, I don't believe it, but that's the world of football and you just have to accept that."

The Liverpool manager may opt to rest Agger away at Blackburn Rovers tomorrow night given the player's recent inactivity and with the FA Cup third-round tie at Manchester United on Sunday in mind. The Portugal midfielder Raul Meireles is out of the trip to Ewood Park with the ankle injury he sustained in the win over Bolton Wanderers on Saturday, but could return at Old Trafford.

Daniel Agger believes Kenny Dalglish is attempting to install a positive mentality into Liverpool's playing style - and it's one he's relishing.

The Dane feels the training methods Dalglish has implemented at Melwood have had the desired effect so far, with the Reds winning their last two matches in the Barclays Premier League to move up to seventh in the table.

Agger told Liverpool's official matchday programme: "He's (Dalglish) such a big personality and his name is so big around this club and this city, it's unbelievable. He's been here for a few weeks now and I can say that I like his style of football.

"I think every day, he is so positive in what he does - trying to get the team to go forward by playing football. I believe he can be really good for us.

"In the team meetings and in training you can hear and by the different things we're working on that he really wants us to play positive football and how important it is to keep possession, not giving it away so easily.

"He understands that long-term success happens with teams and not individuals so there has been a big emphasis on team spirit."

Shortly after the confirmation of his appointment, Dalglish drafted in Steve Clarke to assist with the coaching of the squad at Melwood.

Agger has been impressed with the manner in which the pair have worked together so far, and he's hopeful they will both have decisive roles to play in Liverpool's future.

"Already you can see that he (Steve Clarke) is, and will hopefully in the future be, a positive influence on this club," he said.

"He and Kenny look like a really good team and together I hope they can play a huge part in the club's future - not just in the short-term, but in the long-term as well. It is clear that they suit this club.

"Obviously we need results but that's up to the players in the squad to make that happen too.

"We have that spirit back under the new manager and that counts for a lot because if you have confidence, it's easier to achieve success.

"You have seen in the past what some of the players here can do - there's no reason why we can't do it again."

Since recovering from injury, Agger has started all five of Liverpool's games since Dalglish took over at the helm - and he remains adamant he sees his future at Anfield.

The defender added: "I don't see why I shouldn't see my immediate future here because I have three or so years left on my contract and I intend to fulfil that.

"I believe in the club and like the city, so why should I look anywhere else?"

Agger blasts Roy's reign

Dane pulls no punches over side's form under former boss

Daniel Agger has delivered a damning verdict of Roy Hodgson's time in charge of Liverpool admitting "we were s***".

Hodgson was sacked after just six months in charge at Anfield after a string of below-par performances and disappointing results.

Agger has made his blunt assessment of Hodgson's tenure after trying to find reasons for former Liverpool star Fernando Torres' wretched form before his £50million move to Chelsea.

The Denmark international claims it was difficult for Torres to shine for the Reds because the entire team struggled under Hodgson's short spell in charge.

Agger said: "That is a big question, isn't it? How to explain that. Look at the team - we played awful, we were s***".

"And he [Torres] is a part of the team, so when everything is playing well, he plays a lot better. It is the same for everybody, for me, for Stevie [Gerrard], it is the same.

"When the team are performing, when you look at every single player they are playing better. But when we are losing, everybody is on top of us, everybody is playing bad."

Agger is keen to move on from Torres' controversial switch to rivals Chelsea and he backed new signings Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll to help fill the void left by the Spain star's departure.

"All the Liverpool players wish him all the best," added Agger. "Liverpool got a lot of money for him, so why shouldn't we wish him all the best?

"If the player doesn't want to be there any more, there is no reason to keep him. I think everyone at Melwood liked him and still like him because he is a good guy and wish him all the best in a blue shirt, except against us!

"It is a big, big gap to fill, but Carroll has shown he can score goals at the top level. We will have to wait until he is fit, but hopefully him and Luis will be great signing for us, because that will be another thing which will help us towards our targets."

Injuries

Agger also believes he is close to full sharpness now after putting his injury problems behind him.

"I had injuries. I have played a few games in a row now and have started getting the feeling back of playing football," continued Agger.

"I have been in England now for five years and I know it is a tough, demanding game.

"I think I am the first to say how annoying it is to be injured but it is a part of me so I have to adapt to that and have to give everything when I am fit."
